SMS Alert Terms

These terms describe the alert program. AHLOS remains a private, internally tested prototype; it is not deployed with any organization and has not been piloted.

AHLOS LLC sends emergency and operational alerts (official weather warnings, earthquakes, and alerts issued by an authorized commander) by text and automated voice call to staff of organizations using AHLOS, only after an authorized administrator registers a person who agreed to receive them.

No marketing messages are sent.

• Message frequency varies with active alerts.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or email orlando_navas@ahlosgroup.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
